What are your feelings on the recent assaults on Ontario Residents by the Caledonia Natives?
Two camera men were attacked today in Caledonia, Ontario while filming the latest for the 6pm news. During the attacks 15 OPP officers looked on and did NOTHING

After what happened at Ipperwash, the OPP are being a little bit more reserved, especially considering all of the media attention Caledonia is getting.
We need to get back to public order, similar to Oka Quebec. bring in the military to control the situation, then work on a peaceful solution.
Rottontothecore: does this mean we should give the entire North America back? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.?!?!

well i think it was an insult, i live in Hamilton as well and was involved in the first non native blockade. it's not fair that natives who get terrific compensation can beat up a bunch of law abiding taxpayers while the opp sit back and do nothing. the natives do have rights to some of the land that they are claiming but they way they are going about it is wrong and it is a cancer to the people of Caledonia. this incident will result in a step backwards in racial relations which is sad because Caledonia and the reserve have been getting along fine since this stupid incident and it will take years to heal the wounds.
