I used to bleach my hair and dye it, maybe 5 years ago. I bleached once every two to three months for two years, and I dyed it a variety of unnatural colors every few weeks. What kept my hair from falling out? I firmly believe it was my Finesse for color-treated hair. It is thick, and rich, and makes hair so soft (with regular use) that my hair was actually pretty healthy-looking for the two years it was chemically having the **** kicked out of it. (as an aside, someone always says Pantene will help on these types of questions, but it does not. I once used Pantene--it was on sale--two months ago, and my hair was so tangled and so dry when I got out of the shower that it broke when I tried to comb it. Stay away!) Another trick is to not wash your hair every day. Washing your hair every day strips natural, protective oils from your hair that will help heal your hair on its own. Try every three days (so Monday, then Thursday, then Sunday, etc, etc) instead. That way it won't get stinky or itchy, but it will have some time to heal.
good luck! If all else fails, remember that new hair is growing as I type, and if you stop dying it it will look good again with time!

I use a product called "Hask Placenta". You can get it at beauty supply stores, such as Sally's, in a spray bottle, or you can get it in packs of 3 or 4 vials at Walgreens or Wal-mart. It's in the hair conditioner aisle.

I apply some of this everytime I wash my hair, let it set for a couple minutes, and then, continue with fixing my hair. Even though I dye my hair every 4-6 weeks, and it's down to my waist, it looks and feels really healthy.

I only wash my hair every other day, also, and I rarely blowdry the back.

stop the bleach and opt for a softer blonde that is rather less detrimental in the event you rather wish to maintain loss of life it. The first-rate recommendation is to relatively warmness styling altogether, in the event you ought to take a look at simply blow-drying it and leaving it traditional as soon as every week use an in depth conditioner at least one time every week - I believe the joico K-packs notable and the Aussie three minute miracles lovely well on the cheap. Obviously conditioning the relaxation of the time with an common one. get your lifeless ends reduce off, and maintain on best of having your hair trimmed - you will not must cross each and every six weeks in case your now not warmness styling at all times. take a look at to not wash your hair greater than each and every two days brush your hair with a bristle brush - its motives much less harm and hair loss. Don't backcomb your hair - it motives such a lot harm - in the event you do do not brush it out simply used conditioner to allow its slide out hair oils like Moroccan oil are well as they make the hair seem more fit however they do not truthfully upgrade the hair - simply its look.

a trim and protein treatment from a professional stylist. After that make sure you deep condition your hair at least once a week. Try skipping a hairwash here and there I've heard washing your hair everyday can dry it out especially if you have "hard" water. (untreated water).
I see soemone already mentioned biosilk.. that is an awesome product and a tiny bit goes a long way!

When you say dyed do you mean highlighed or colored? If you have lighted you hair you can put a darker "color on it and that will help. You can also go to a salon and have them put a clear toner on it that will make it shiney. I also notice that Wal-mart is now selling a product. I think it is from Clariol that you can buy for about $7+ to give you that right after you color shiney effect. It is in the color section. If you have blonde hair and it is over processed you may have to see a beautician for help.

Well, other than time, you can buy some really good conditioner, and also get leave in conditioner and maybe it will look less like straw. Get the cream leave in conditioner for after the shower and use spray leave in conditioner when your hair is dry despite what the bottle says.

umm. go to a professional salon and get an oil treatment. once or twice won`t do the job but you can see the difference. go to the salon once a week for about 7 weeks. your hair should be really healthy then.

you should probably try all the products everyone said but the main thing to do it, dont wash your hair every day, you rinse all the natural oils out of your hair makeing it dry and look terrible. what you should do is wash it 2-3 times a week the most and if you sweat, just rinse your hair but dont wash it.

Just use baby shampoo and a gentle conditioner. If you keep the chemicals out, your hair will rejuvenate.
