trust me girl. we have all been there, even men! Thats the way i felt with my first, he just took my virginity from me and cheated on me, can it get any worse? I did go back to him a few times because i was young and stupid but all it took was a wakeup call.Why the hell would i want to be with someone who doesnt deserve me? The world is not coming to an end, theres plenty of guys looking for girls out there and who do know how to treat a lady. Everyone is different, for some people it takes a wakeup call, for others it only requires remembering all the bad experiances, for others its important to meet someone new to move on. Find out what works for you but dont give up

you have heard it before but time is a healer i was with some one for 5 years and we spilt up and i found out that time was a great healer it is painfull at the moment but it will pass i assure you , you need to fill your mind up with other things keep busy and go out with friends or family ,do not stay in doors thinking about it ,it will only add more pain to you ,i hope you feel better soon and always remebe you are not the only one whoo has felt like this .talk with friends and family , take care of youself hope you feel better soon

i'm going through the same situation. it's just going to take some time, but it will happen. just find things to distract you and to make you happy. find better boys to focus on.
