Tuna is great as a treat, but that shouldn't be the only food in the cat's diet. They need proper nutrition that they can't find with tuna alone. Try some different cat foods. There's bound to be one that he will eat.

Iggy is correct - feeding your cat strictly tuna will cause health problems. Canned tuna is missing essential nutrients, like Taurine, without which will lead to poor health and medical problems. Just as we would get ill if all we ate was fried chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - day after day.
I would recommend all pet owners get their pet used to eating a well-balanced, high-quality, dry food like those made by Hill's, Iams, and Eukanuba. You can try mixing some chicken baby food in with the dry and slowly decrease the amount of BF until he will eat the dry on its own.
Also, feeding a dry diet helps keep their teeth cleaner than moist food.

feeding a cat any Brand of tuna except those made especially for cats are not good for your cat.
cat tuna has additives formulated for your cats diet where regular tuna doesn't.
Your cat can actually get sick if it is eating nothing but tuna, you should alter your cats diet if you are going to stay on canned food, beef, chicken, liver etc.
Better yet try putting kitty on a dry cat food diet, one of the better brands, your cat will be healthier in the long run.

He will eventually eat it when he gets hungry. Tuna is not good for a cat...not for a daily food. Only as a treat.
