Maybe the times it disconnects are peak usage times and so many people being on-line at once it causing service interruptions. Call your provider and ask them and tell them you want the problem fixed.

The problem shows to be from the Internet Service Provider, especially because from 12am to 6pm there's the most traffic. I think the idea is that there are more users of ISP than they can support, and this is why for many times there are some users who can connect only in the midnight.
