If yours is the one true religion, where did all the others come from?

No matter what religion you are, there are more people that believe in other religions than believe in yours. What makes them wrong and you right?

"Religion" neither makes a person wrong or right. But, a person's religion can make them live as a better person or a hypocrite. People have a tendency to lump all ancient history and laws into the "religion" category. Would you consider Physics or Biology a religion? Jesus is not a religion but an actual figure of history (and present) kinda like George Washington but much more important.

If you believe in a higher existence than this one and a real plan to reality, then you are going to be religious.

A person cannot be a religion. The question, however, does pose the morality of right and wrong. That is a good thing.

THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT PROOFS HERE IS ONE....Well look at each religion- where did it originate? ok lets take the most popular religions. Christianity- started by Jesus as catholicism. basis= trinity- father , son, and the holy ghost. Peter and Paul expanded on his ideas and spread them. I can give you exact history but basically who was it started by- 1 person!!!!!!!ok next, Islam- Mohamad from Saidia Arabia. The whole story how he dad to run from Meccah when his rich uncle died (623 ce) bec the ppl were fed up w/ him and had only put up w/ him bec of uncle. the hajira (flight to medina) He stays there for 10 yrs gets folowwers and comes back(632 ce)- fight well bec of Jihad. THe basis of Islam- Allah- 1 gd.basically who did it start from- 1 prsn!!!!!!!!!ok now Judiasm- gd gave 3 million Jews the Torah from mnt Sinai. THese 3 million Jews passed down the tradition to their decendents. so who'd it start from - 3 million ppl!!!!!!!!!!! ok now yes according to christians Jews used to be the chosen people but then HE changed HIS mind if that is true- why couldnt Gd have told the Jews that after all he did tell them all they were te chosen pll- no even better why cudnt gd tell the WHOLE WORLD that he changed his mind????!!! I mean we all agree gd can do ANYTHING right?? All the other religions started from 1 person.Judiasm- 3 mill!!!! Okay so now u migt ask how do you know history is true?? well lets see wat makes history?- If i told How do u know WWII happened ud answer- its history. If i sed wud u bet ur life that Germany won the 2006 world cup? ud answer YES! why? because there were a ton of ppl there. This proves THE AMOUNT OF PPL WHO CLAIM AN EVENT MAKE IT HISTORY!!!3 million ppl cant make up a lie and spread it - THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE - it is oviousy true!!however 1 prsn CAN make s/t up-and make other ppl believe it. I find s/t fishy going on if gd had to go to 1 prsn !! i mean gd can tell the world.


SECOND PROOF- all other religions say if you dont follow that religion u will rot in hell!! what is up with that???!!!! so in that case everyone will end up in hell- if e/os religion is true. Acc to muslims an innocent good charitable person from a different religion will go to hell bec they arnt muslim- DIE Die!!! is that normal???? However according to the Jewish religion non jews do not go to hell- the hav their seven laws they must keep However they arnt sentenced to HELL just bec not jewish!!!

BOTTOM LINE.....well wat do u think the 1 true religion is now??

True religion is an oxymoron. There are no true religion but some are based upon facts with a purpose to enlighten the world. Some are mainly guidlines as to how we should live our lives. That is the way you should treat religion.

I think religion was created out of fear of death. People need something to believe in after we die. If there's nothing more then what's the point of living? Religions change to fit into what someone wants. Hell, I could write a poem and I'd get hundreds of people saying it means different things. The bible was written by people who wanted others to conform to thier needs and wants.

The first religion was Paganism.....ie: American Indian and earlier than that, "cavemen", etc...... People believed in many gods controlling different aspects of life. They had no other way of explaining natural occurances

I wonder the same thing all the time. I am Christian, but it's like other poeple in the world think the same thing we do- that thier religion is the only correct one. Well how do we know that we aren't the wrong ones?

because the bible was handed down form gen. to gen.. people change it, they made newer versions so they could manipulate people and even tell them that they gotta pay this and fukcing that all they do is brain wash us telling us about BLIND FAITH. that we should have strong faith no matter what. well how the fck could u blieve in somehting that you cant see... I dont believe in religions but i do believe that there is a higher power but i do not see this as Jesus, or the other god that people worship.
