For example: criminals are always ahead of police...ok, that's the only safe example I can think of.

What separates the bad/evil from the not so bad/evil is that the bad/evil do not hesitate, while the other hesitates and is softer and more sentimental. But that doesn't necessarily make them good. Just hypocrites.

If one puts his mind into it and has a no-nonsense methodology, I don't see why the bad/evil could be a step ahead.

From what I've observed, democratic countries have laws and procedures that mock the system which is supposed to uphold the law. They give criminals the means to commit crime, then they waste tax payers' money trying to catch up with the criminals. Nonsense!

Haha, you are suggesting that criminals are evil and the police are good. Regardless, you need to think of it this way the police are there to respond to criminals, not arrest innocent people before they commit the crimes. Criminals are citizens only until they commit the crime. Therefore, logically, people will always have to commit crimes first, before they are caught.

I've come up with this theory a long time ago that the only way that the devil would win is not to end the battle in evil's favor, but to keep it going. Good can't exist without evil, and vice versa.

Jesus said something to the effect, "If you knew the thief was comming, you wouldn't sleep all night.

As far as cops and robbers go, The crime has to come first, then the police get involved. If cops were psychic, it would be a different story.

because usually the good guys have a protocol they have to follow. they have rules and limitations and also they have other things to do (police must handle all crimes reported, not just a few big ones, even though it seems they only focus on a few)
