We see it happen very rapidly with smaller organisms. We have fossil evidence that shows it happening in larger organisms. Is there any godly way to explain this?

germs reproduce so fast that eveolutionary changes (occured by genetic variations that may be helpful of bad). elephants, however, take two years to be born, and even longer to become sexually mature, so eveolution cannot be seen as fast. no, there is no godly way to explain this. only scientific.
