The local library and the internet are always good sources.
But your best source is probably the kids themselves.
Encourage them to 'show and tell' their favorite games and play times to the group.
You might also contact the parents of the children ahead of time in order to be prepared with any tools or toys that might be needed for the interactive play time.

If it's an organized activity, most likely it's going to be cliche.

Try to make friends with a family of different ethnicity, and ask if your child(ren) can play together. If you live in a big enough town, check a church or community center dedicated to an ethnic group and see if they have children's programs.

Lakeshore learning center has lots of great books and materials that depict people of all nationalities, races, sexual preferences etc...
