Sleeping too much can be just as exhausting. Try going to bed at 2 and getting up at 10.

Maybe you never get real sleep. The REM part of sleep. How long has this been going on? All your life? Talk to your doctor about being part of a sleep study where you stay overnight at a hospital and they put electrodes all over your head to read your brain activity. And, you could be simply getting a little too much sleep. However you shouldn't feel exhausted and tired all the time. Maybe a little sleepy, but not exhausted. Try sleeping for 8-9 hours a night for a week or 2 and see if that helps. If not, see a doctor.

Try going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, and sleep anywhere from 8 to 10 hours (8 hours is not the max, 10 is). Also, make sure you eat breakfast and do not eat or drink for at least a half hour before going to bed.

Maybe...not sure, but maybe it's because you aren't sleeping at the right times. I don't know, but when I used to work evenings, and had a similar sleep schedule, I felt worse than when I was working graveyards and slept less. If a change in sleeping habits doesn't do it for you, I'd talk to a doctor. Exercise and change in diet will also help.

maybe you need a little exercise.... I am the same way...no matter how much sleep I get I am still exhausted, but at one time, I was going to the gym regularly, and I woke up a lot easier and had more energy throughout the day.

You are sleeping too much...I get the same way during the summer time (I'm a teacher)...make yourself get up earlier (even if it is by an alarm..ugh..) but you will feel better in the long run!!! Don't let yourself sleep more than 8 hours, and let me know how it goes!!! Good luck!!!
