You don't. The parents bought the phone, they pay the phone bill, and you live in their house. You abide by their rules. I'm happy to hear that parents, somewhere, are keeping close track of their kids' phone habits.
GOOD FOR THEM!!! You're lucky---you have caring and loving parents. Sometimes the most loving thing a parent can say to a child is, "NO."

You have a frank and honest discussion about it where you prove you are old enough to make your own decisions as an adult. But make sure it is in person because your spelling is not going to help convince them.

Give them ever reason to trust you. Make sure they know that the people calling are worth of your time and their money.

do a simple trick.
save the required number not with a name but with a local phone number.(may be ur neighbour hood friends!) .So when he/she calls , theer original number wont be displayed but ur local number !

I don't think there is any way to "make" your parents fo anything. You just have to let them know that they can trust you.
