OOO if ur african american i suggest grease.but if ur not,i dont know,go to ur drug store/beauty supple store and look 4 heat pretectants.I also suggest not straighting ur hair everyday.if u want a good way 2 keep ur hair alittle straight w/o heat email me alwayz_and_foreveryourz@yahoo.com

The best I have used for hair damage and volumizing in one is Biolage. It runs about $15 a bottle. It is completely worth it though.

Use a good thermal protectant spray before flat ironing or curling. Studio Line has a good one.
