Fart is not really right. If you have the nuts it is nearly always after the river card has been delt. At that point if you got the nuts (know you can`t lose) you most definitely should not call, here is the reason why :
You know you won, if you call you will win whats in the pot.
If you raise either everyone will fold and you will win whats in the pot OR you may get a caller or two and you will win a bigger pot.
Since in the second case you will win the same as or more than in the first case (you can`t win less) then you should NEVER call with the nuts, it will always be at least just as good to RAISE.
So always RAISE with the nuts, you got nothing to lose from it.
Incidentally if you have less than about a Jack (hole cards) you really shouldn`t even play to the flop, though you may get lucky now and again, you will save much more money to fold before the flop with such useless hands.

I'd say fold...judging by your pic, you're no good at strip poker. Stop while you're behind.

If it's good enough to call, it's good enough for a raise.
