I'm partial to a divine being in the Norse mythology who is neither Aesir nor Vanir. I mean Ratotoskin, the cosmic squirrel who travels all up and down Yggdrasil, the Universal Tree, carrying messages between the gods, the giants, and the wights of Midgard. He alone has been in all the 9 worlds, and he will live until Ragnarok. He's my favorite cosmological squirrel in all of world mythology.

Odin and Freyja totally kick ***. Odin is the god of wisdom, magick, poetry, war, and with his brothers made the nine worlds and the first man and woman (Ask and Embla). He also gave us the runes, and recieves half of those who die in battle. Freyja is goddess of beauty, physical love(sex), magick, cats, and leads the valkeries and has first pick if those who die in battle.

Its a close one between Thor and Loki. think about it, Thor has a big hammer and he like lightning. Loki is a trouble maker and is always messing up everybodies plans. Thor is #1, though. the big hammer is his winning quality.
