In my mind it does not make a man inferior when his girlfriend does that. Some women like it and the way I see it, it also gives you a break from doing all the work. Now, it also depends on the type of girl that you're with, but most girls won't actually think much of it. Just make sure to not have her do ALL the work.
When I'm with my girl, we have a mutual agreement, sometimes she does all the work, sometimes I do all the work, we trade off. And most times, it's 50/50. From personal experience, some women love to be on top because they feel like they have some control, especially when they see you moan from the pleasure that they're giving to you. Again, this is not forced.
I see that a man is inferior when he Forces his girlfriend to ride him. Sure, sex is sex, but just the thought that you're forcing someone to do an act or positon against their will, that my friend qualifies as rape. And to me, Rape is the cheap man's inferior insecure way out. Never force a girl to do something she does not want to do. If you two are having rough sex, sure, but don't take it too far.
So, to answer your question in short, a man is only inferior when he forces his girlfriend to get on top and ride him. If she does it by choice, then it's just her way of saying, "Baby, I love you and I want to pleasure you." Or "Babe, you turned me on so much, I just have to have more of you." Also, if your girlfriend does this, don't take offense to it, like, "OMG, I must have done such a bad job that she has to show me how to do her..." No, it's that you've turned her on so much, that she's willing to do some work to pleasure you back... and that my friend, is the sex in it's purest form. The sheer thought of a couple having sex with the mind set to only pleasure the other. That my friend is making love. Hope this helped.

If this makes a man inferior, then so be it. Some woman enjoy this more, they can go at their own pace and their juice can run down, making them even more wet. A real good man will enjoy letting a woman ride him all the way to Texas and back. This could be a ride of his life, so WHY would you think it makes him feel INFERIOR??
