The two basic requirements are:

The bride or the groom need to be a baptized Catholic.

The couple is required to attend a pre-marriage course.

Contact your local parish at least six months in advance for more information.

With love in Christ.

Are you Catholic? Then you go to a pre-Cana conference and marriage prep with a priest.

Not Catholic, and not marrying a Catholic?

If you have a specific church in mind, check with the pastor. Some allow, especially if it is an historical or shrine church. you will pay a lot more to use the church than a Catholic would.

You should get married in either the church you grew up in or the church you plan to worship in once you are married.

You don't HAVE to! Where did you hear that? Well most Christians prefer to be married in the presence of God, which usually means a church. Any church. Not just catholic.

Be an idiot. Catholic Churches won't give you communion if you arn't Catholic and they think that men are so superior that woman can not be priests. Both are against what Christ stood for.

You should call one and ask. The best one to answer the question is the Church itself.
