God is Love. He created us after his liking, or in his image. So we are like him. Because He is God and He is Love, He wants to give us from the richness of his grace and His love that never come to an end. To share with us that which He has and which is beyond our own imagination, we must love him for the things he has for each and every one of us. If we want to receive His Love, then we must Love him, no not only love him, but adore him, no not only adore him , but worship Him. God indeed is worthy of our love and worship for the things He does for us and the things He wants to share with us at the end of time. Did He not die on the cross to redeem you from hand of the devil. Isn't that enough to thank him and love him and worship him and give glory to him for ever and ever. Yes indeed, God is worthy to be worshiped and praised all the time for He is a Great God having great love for us.

It depends on your relationship with God, You do not necessarily have to worship God, not everyone who does not worship does not get to be with God in heaven, so do whatever it is that your heart tells you as long as it is showing love to your fellow human.

If there were a god, it would make no sense for it to want to be worshipped. That's clearly just ancient men anthropomorphising the desires of their narcissistic tyrant rulers onto their conception of god.

god does not care if we worship him or not, all he cares is who cares for him/her self and wins the game of life. Like Jesus, Nanak, Buddha, Osho, Sai, Terresa, etc

That which is God doesn't.
Finding yourself, means finding God.
Not thru right and not thru wrong.
Just from your personal peace.
Worshipping was created by someone who was on a power-trip.
Obviously, by humans.

It does seem rather ... hmmmmmmm ... self-centered to create things and then instruct those things to worship you ..... I suppose god is glorious even in his narcissism eh?

I don't think God cares one way or another. I think we care so much.
