The short answer is no. There is a practicum component that can not be done on-line, and some technical training that also requires attendance in person. You might be able to do some of your courses through home schooling, but why would you?

Sure. They ship the cadavers for you to autopsy right to your house.

RN is the highest level of nurse, if I'm not mistaken. There's LPN, CN, RN and maybe some others. But I don't think you get to be even LPN without going to a legitimate [read: not over the internet] school.

No, a lot of the education for being an R.N. is hands on and in the hospital experience. You may be able to take the core classes online but the rest will require campus and hospital education.

yeah there are colleges u can attend from the privacy of ur own home or really anywhere u have internet access, just go to yahoo search type in internet colleges and u can pick some from there, or go to colleg.com or onlinedegrees.net

I'm sure there are parts you can do online, but eventually you are going to need to be there in front of people practicing what you've learned and learning more since you have to actually work on people.
