I just loved the food. What is the secret to their dishes. Recipes would be great.

I wont forget the food, it was the best. I cant find the secret ingredient. Someone told me they use peanut oil to cook with. Tried that but still cant get 'that' taste. I know what you mean.
Apart from that I had a great time. It is sad we cant go back there now.

I went there many moons ago and also enjoyed the food!! Fresh fruit, fresh fish, etc!
Most Balinese recipes are similar to any other Indonesian dishes. You can search on Google (or Yahoo) for Balinese OR Indonesian recipes.... You'll find a plethora of recipes there.
