You can do a number of things:

-go outside and move around, take a brisk walk, and get some fresh air so that your body and brain have more oxygen
-drink good, purified water to keep yourself hydrated
-take a short power nap to give yourself a boost
-eat something small but healthy (consider a friendly energy bar, an apple, or some whole grain crackers/nut butter)

Yorkie has the solution. For healthy people getting energy is normally a case of just going for a jog or taking a walk. Even if you've been moving all day, your body is packed with chemicals that can really keep you moving. All you have to do is get those reactors stimulated. On days when I'm exhausted, me and my girlfriend still work out and we always feel great afterwards.

Sometimes a nap will work - but only if you've done something physical for most of the day. Keep it limited though. If you sleep for too long your body will start going into heavy sleep mode and you'll feel even more tired. 20-45 minutes of nap should do the trick. Then wake up and have some fruit.

Other than a good nights sleep... I would say vitamin B complex is good for you or just vitamins in general. There is this stuff you can drink that comes in packets call "Emergen-C" it has all sorts of good stuff in it. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. If nothing seems to help then I would go to my doctor, there could be an underlying problem like hypothyroidism. If you're a teen then remember that you're body is going through a lot right now and even though people say "you're young, you can stay up late and have energy to spare" they're wrong, because of all the changes right now, you need lots of sleep...
