I go tanning in a sunbed, only a couple times for 7 min each, I have been getting white bumps that itch on my chest and only there, Is that normal? It looks kind of like hives...could it be the tanning lotion?

Maybe. I had the same thing when i was younger. i would get bumps white and red right away. also, the sun made me cry a lot.
maybe is your tanning lotion who knows? go to a dermatologist. I had the same problem but i never used tanning lotion!
