I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

86 pounds is skinny, you do not need to lose 5 pounds.

you're like half of a person at that weight.

exercise and eat right.

If you're 13, however, you shouldn't stress your weight. You will grow in spurts between now and 18 (or 25 if female) so you might be pudgy this year and thin as a rail and 6" taller next.

I like how some people are telling her if she's overweight or not. How can you tell if you don't know this person's height?

Might you possibly have an eating disorder, honey? You are very skinny and it worries me that you are worried about your weight. Your bones are growing right now and being a healthy teen is very important to your future bone health. Just be happy the way you are, exercise and eat healthy foods.

not worry about losing 5 lbs. If you weighed 160 or something then worry about it. Buy larger size pants or some with elastic.

Sweety, you need to gain some weight not loose it.
Go and see a counsellor or someone else you trust to talk to.........I'm no MD but it sounds like you have the very beginning thoughts of developing an eating disorder.....and hun.....they're extremely dangerous. (please take it from someone who knows first hand what an eating disorder can do to you........I lost my very Best Friend a few years ago due to bulimia. Its nothing to play around with.)

Listen sweety you cannot want to get any skinnier than what you already are. Instead of losing weight you should gain. This is for your own good.

Don't let weight consume your thoughts, instead concentrate on eating healthy and doing exercise, but not how much you weight or how much you lose. If you eat right and exercise, everything will balance out.
