No cutie, it does not. Some girls are just jealous that they do not have cleavage. But, showing too much in the wrong places; at the mall or where family activities will be going on, is very uncalled for.

My sister has big boobs and she shows cleavage all the time and it never looks bad. I believe if you do it with style it makes a difference dress like a slut get treated like one. dress like a rich ***** , or jock or what ever the answer with all are the same cleavage or not your style and how you carry yourself is how you will be treated
