I would think it might be a little tricky, but NEVER underestimate the will and power of a human body and spirit. I have seen seemingly average humans do incredible things that you wouldn't think physically possible for their physiques.

Example: look up the name David Belle on Google.com and watch some of his videos, a magnificent example of what I'm talking about, and an incredible man as well. He is one of the leading examples of a sport called Parkour, which means "freedom of movement." (Mr. Belle is a Frenchman so I translated Parkour for the readers of my answer here) I was awestruck the first time I saw him perform, truly amazing!!

It would depend greatly on which systems they shared. They would have to have separate respiratory systems as well as separate cardiac systems.

Then one would have to consider the point at which they were connected and whether or not one twin could get into a position to provide CPR.

I would think it depends on what kind of siamese twins they are to begin (i.e. where they are conjoined).

Logistically that could be difficult. I suppose that would greatly depend on where they were joined!!!
