A inspirational book about the bible, and you could underline verses that are important to you. Write her a little letter in the inner cover. "The Purpose Driven Life" Is a great Book.

Hallmark has a line of figures by Demdaco, they make neat little wooden type angels and things. The angels have different themes. It would be a light thing to ship and not fragile.

I once received a beautiful stained glass wind chime with a picture of mary and baby Jesus. You can find them at most cornerstone religious stores.
