Actually if only people will look deeper in attempting to answer questions like this, they should not become judgemental towards other people's belief. Based on my own personal opinion, uninfluenced by nothing, the greatest threat to oneself is his or her very own self. Man's understanding of what life is all about differs from each other which makes it impossible for one to judge people by way of his own. So, where does threat come from? It comes from the gullibility and ignorance of people who judge others based on their interpretation of what is right. But what is right to one can not be to the other. That's why arbitration and arguments happens, misunderstanding flourish and miscommunication thrives and their fear and threats come in

I fear people like you who focus on the extremes instead of the normal people within a group. People like you who spread hatred and misinformation about Christians. Who twist the Bible and Christian principles to make it sound as if Christians are full of hate, are asinine, ridiculous ... God has gifted you with an incredible brain. It's sad that you use it to spread garbage. All the same, I pray that you'll wake up before it's too late.

The greates threat to Christianity is false Christians who give it a bad name by how they misrepresent Christ here on earth. However, there really is no danger because as Jesus has said:

Matthew 16:18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

As a Christian this is the threat (reverential fear) we live by...

Luke 12:5
God is the one you must fear. Not only can he take your life, but he can throw you into hell. God is certainly the one you should fear!

Because:

Matthew 10:28
"Don't be afraid of people. They can kill you, but they cannot harm your soul. Instead, you should fear God who can destroy both your body and your soul in hell."

all religions are threatened by the people from the other religious groups, I guess. That is why they go about spreading their own religion and converting people to their own faith. Faith, ah, they do not have faith, I am sure.
