i have been there. I don't know exactly how you feel but I know exactly how I felt. It may seem like know one would care but the reality is no matter who you are or who you no if you were to kill yourself or even die from something else, there is someone out there that will be feeling the way you are feeling. I am not going to say you should go see a doctor or anything like that because you know if you are hurting or if this is just a bad day. Day in day out I was literally suffering but I got through it and I can see the good things I have in my life and all the things I have to look forward to. It does get better. Once you reach the bottom there is no way to go but up. please keep that in mind. If this is depression that you have some days are going to be a hell of a lot better than others but when those bad days come around don't let that discourage you, in a way it is almost a good feeling because you have moved up from being depressed everyday to being able to point out the days you were a mess. you will be in my prayers and just remember it will get better. if you ever need someone to talk to my email address is ciao_baby19@hotmail.com.

It is easy to think that no one cares. When a person is depressed, they stays to themselves, they think their pain is obvious. So, when no one sees their pain, they interpret it as 'no one' cares.
Plus they project how they feel about themselves on to other, and assume others don't care.
The hardest thing to do when you are in this pain, is to tell some one about the terrible psychological pain. Surprise, some will care. Don't go to someone who has not been there for you before, they won't be there for you now. Don't go to someone who is having their own pain. They will just drag you down, or they will be dragged down by you.
Usually a professional, pastor or priest, or an old friend are the best to talk to. A Professional, or going to talk to someone at a place of worship you don't go to, can be helpful. Talking to a person who does not know you can sometimes allows you to be more open.
When you start to let someone know, you will be starting a support system.
I was once in your place, and had myself convinced that no one cared if I were alive or dead. I found out they did, but not before I had hurt myself badly.
Please reach out, someone cares. Even perfect strangers care more times than you may think.

Conjoined twin, huh? That's tough. I have to admit, I've laughed at the TV shows, but in reality, the situation is no laughing matter. Depending on which organs you share, I'd 'roof that twin a couple times per week. Yeah, that's right, Rohypnol, date-rape drug. Of course, get where you want to be beforehand because you'll be stuck for a few hours. This time should allow you to collect your thoughts, say things outloud you never could before, or even get that zit that's been driving you crazy on your other's nose. And, as far as your twin knows, you were both unconscious the whole time :-)

justasinner is in as much need of help as you. I would not call that sound advice. How do you know if others care about you or not? Have they said that? Have you asked them? Who are they? Family, friends, co-workers hanging around the watercooler? Who is it that you want to be caring about you? It's obviously someone or you wouldn't have cared enough to include it in your question.
You can't have it both ways. If you want to be alone, then nobody can help you. If you take your life, there will be nobody to help you.
I will leave you with one last thought...be sure that paradise is ready and waiting for you after you are dead. Once you are gone it is too late. It almost was for me on several occasions. I don't know...I'm glad I am alive to know that. You don't sound like someone who wants to die. You sound confused.

There is always someone who cares even when your life seems empty and your heart aches for comfort. Just look at your responses, and we are all strangers. The thing you need to remember is that in everyday this something to live for. Everyday I find something or someone that makes me laugh and I think to myself that if I wasn't here than I wouldn't have had that. You just have To be optimistic and tomorrow could be the best day of your life and you want to be around for that. Find things that make you happy and live for that, live for yourself.
