When she came back. Two weeks later her nipples were full and she was a little bigger. She also now is very nourishing like she licks me alot and lays with me so much more. And she now is very sensitive around her stomach.Could she be pregnant?
Please help?

She is an indoor cat.

Was she an indoor cat for those 8 years? If so, and if she had contact with a male cat when she got out, she may be experiencing a false pregnancy. But I'm just giving my opinion. Best to check with a vet, and also check her for viruses or other diseases.

If she was fixed then she probably isn't having kittens. She probably ate a fat bird or mouse and was lonely away from home. If her stomach is sensitive she may have gotten into a fight with another cat or got caught in bushes, etc.

Not if she has been fixed.
If you had her fixed 8 years ago and she has not been in heat since she can not get pregnant.

It is probably a false pregnancy........our dog had that...she may have been exposed to some kittens while she was away and that is what triggered it.....it will pass

You mean she is "nurturing"???? She is only "nourishing" if you eat her.
