ok heres what happend, i like this girl at school, im a freshmen, and ive liked her since da begin of da year, anyways im friends with her and ya i like 3 of her friends told me she likes me and so i waited 4 her after school and she huged me and i walked her to her bus and finally said "theres sumthin ive been wanten 2 ask u all week and she said ya and i said will u go out w/ me and she said " is it ok if we just hang out first" and i said ya and she gave me her # so ya what does dat mean?

it means that she is wanting to go out with you but she is wanting to get to know you like that before she goes out with you. its a good thing don't worry have a good time and make her have fun .

She either isn't interested in more than a friendship and she was just being nice, or she really wants to be friends first before a relationship happens. Either way, let her make the decision later when she's ready because if you keep bugging her about being a couple, she'll run.... Trust me, this happened a few times to me in high school. Good luck!
