To catch him cheating - check his e-mail, check phone bills, etc. Come home early to see what he is up to (ie for lunch one day).
You will know if he loves you the way he treats you. If he treats you as his queen and would do anything for you, then he loves you.

Just ask him about it but DO NOT beg or become pathetically desperate! We women are a lot stronger than we give ourselves credit for.
Loves you? It's not looking good for the home team so far. Need much more info before anyone could answer that question. Plus you're really the only one that knows the answer to that.
