JCPenney also carries a nice selection.
Overstock.com carries them sometimes. Their stuff varies from day to day, but their shipping on everything is $2.95, can't beat that. Check them out.

Have you tried any stores like Target? If you are good at sewing try getting some fabric that the kid likes and get a pattern and sew it. If not then try looking under yahoo search and try bedding.

You can't -I suggest you buy two twin size and stitch them together.
