I think it would be ok... just don't get married... You have to live with hime first. to know what he is like really.. on a day to day basis. So then you can know if your baby will be safe around him or not. and also if you would be safe around him... and can you put up with his stuff...
but I recommend you thinking about it really hard first.

my answer to your first question was NO, but if you are going to have a baby... I mean if you are expecting now, then marry first that will make sure that you will stay together to raise your child but again if you are not expecting do not do it... you are too young as well as well as he
and here is my answer to your first question if you did not see it yet:
NO Dear it is not a good idea, you both are too young and you might not ended up together then your kid can not have a normal family and life.
wait till you marry with the same guy or the right one and then have a kid...

I would date him for a year. Then marry a year after he pops the question and have your child as the ring bearer/best man. In this, you want it to be YOUR choice!! Stay on your own until this happens.

do not marry, move-in with or date someone just because they knocked you up...will only cause major problems down the road...if you love him, do it...otherwise, hold off
