Why don't you Pray and meditate on that question and see if the Lord will reveal the truth to you. The Book was written and categorized as Fiction. The first line in the book says, "This is a book of Fiction"

I am overjoyed for the fact that this book/movie has sparked such a great interest in my savior. Can you imagine how many have picked up a Bible to read more about the Christ, that would have never touched it otherwise? Until this Movie came out, only about 10% of the population knew who Mary Magdalene was? I saw a blip on CNN News the other day that People are taking Bibles right and left out of hotel rooms since the release of the Movie. I truly think that the Authors intention when writing this book was to promote Christianity.

No, the Davinci code is entirely fiction, but its kind of intresting how people believe the Davinci code so easily but then hesitate to believe and question the Bible....

Nope. That is a bold fake. It is a lie. But the author claims it's true to make more money. Never seeing the movie/reading the book. Why would I buy/see it and let this guy spend my hard-earned money?

Of course. I also believe in fairies, sacred inner beings, ouija boards and the flawlessness of the Bush administration.

we all know by now that Brown said this was a fictional story. but maybe he wrote with divine inspiration and was just unaware of it. any thing is possible. even you could have an original thought!

No. I don't think it's impossible but there would be some sort of evidence. Scholars do say it would have been unusual for a Jewish male to be unmarried.
It dosn't rattle my foundations to think he was married, but I don't think it was likely.
