Honestly, this really sounds like something you want to discuss with a trained professional, like your physician or personal trainer at a local gym. In my personal opinion (not that it really matters), you sound just a little thin, and that may be why your run time is a little slow, because if your body isn't in top-notch shape weight-wise and nutritionally speaking, you can't expect to get the most out of exercising because you body isn't really able to perform in that way. I think if you weighed a little more and ate properly and worked out with the guidance of a personal trainer and nutritionist/dietitian, you'd be doing great and be feeling terrific by Labor Day! Also, remember that getting enough sleep is crucial for your body to keep in tip-top shape, I'd say at least 7 hours a night.

I don't think so. I'm 5'8" ish and weigh almost 200. That's a bit heavy but oh well haha. I carry my food storage with me.
I think the suggested weight for that height group is around 150ish, maybe a little more.

You sound a little underweight. The running time just means you aren't a great runner. There are things we are good at and things we aren't. You aren't good at running, but I bet you are good at other things. At least compared to others on this site, you are good at spelling and grammar, but bad at capitalization.
