i really like her but i don't want to make him mad at me and not want to be my friend im losing my mind i can't figer out what to do

Common dilemma, one I've confronted. I speak from screwing this situation up by not getting the girl and losing the best friend too so listen up.
First thing is obviously if she is interested in other guys it is time for her to break up with the friend. You have to convince her to do this. You also have to be honest about the reason with the friend because he'll figure it out.
Odds are they should've broken up a long time ago in which case if they had you'd not be at fault at all. Maybe present it like that. If he stays mad at you then I hope this girl is worth it.
So the next thing to do is decide even if you "like" this girl is she so great that she's worth a chance of losing the friend. Odds are she's not. She's already been dating him and looked to you - so what makes you think she won't do the same shyster to you???
Therefore, maybe what you should do is tell your friend about her indiscretions so he can dump her, then he won't be hurt and he'll be a better friend to you. Then you can both go out and meet new women that maybe won't be so quick to cheat on you.
