Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.

Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

I don't know if this product works or not, but to me from personal experience..the only thing that works is following a good protein diet, not just protein though, a balanced diet, with fats, protein, carbs etc. But this eating healthy won't do it alone. You have got to exercise. 30 minutes of cardio in the morning along with eating right will guarantee a weight loss. If you can afford to go to the gym, it's a great way to meet new people and find more tips on what to do to lose weight and get into shape. Any one who says you can lose weight with just dieting won't keep it off and they're lazy. just plain lazy.

The best way to diet is to eat healthy and exercise. Pills, supplements, and drastic surgeries are never a smart choice to make on a whim. Most of those things have side effects that haven't yet been determined. Cut down on your intake of calories and saturated fats, increase your output of energy, and you should do okay. Just try to make sure you burn more calories than you eat.

I just started taking this supplement. It really curbs the appetite but I really don't like the way it makes me feel...kind of jumpy, so I think I'm going to stick with good old fashioned diet and exercise!

I've heard it also comes in a "patch". And that it's given to soldiers to suppress their hunger so that they won't feel those achy hunger pains cuz it makes you feel full and when you eat, you don't eat much cuz it makes you feel like you've eaten alot when hardly touching your plate! So, I want to try it only we don't have a Wal-Mart supercenter here and our wal-mart doesn't have it. Some friends have used it and it's helped them alot. So, I am getting it once I come across it!

if food was your only source of pleasure make sure to reconnect with other things you enjoy music sports volunteer work or movies for example
