I know this sounds like a joke. But one night I saw two men made of gold rolling a ball down the street. I am curious is anyone has had a similar experience. They had no faces. I WAS NOT DREAMING.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you did. Shakespeare, I think it was, once said something to the effect: There are more things in heaven and earth, than can be dreamed of.
Use your intelligence. That's what it's there for. What do you think you saw? Every detail. Pick it apart. Was it really there?
Did you know your eye in actuality doesn't 'see' anything? It's a lens. It transmits the visual information and lightwaves to the brain where it is perceived as an image.
The information bank in your brain doesn't create with what isn't there. But it's capable of quite a lot.

You were dreaming. It didn't seem like a dream because you brain malfunctioned and failed to turn your consciousness off while you were dreaming. This is a fairly common problem known as night terrors (not the same as a nightmare), and can be treated with meds if you talk to your doctor about it.
People who experience night terrors often have the sensation of floating, or of confinement (not always). They may experience alien abductions, see Jesus or other mythical figures, angels, demons, leprechauns, or in your case, faceless gold men.

Nope, that's really bizarre. If that did happen I'd probably call and get my eyes checked after a thorough rubbing to making sure I didn't have gold dust in them.
