I can tell but i'm not shure so i wanna inhance my ability so what to do?

Body language. People cant look at you and fidget, it is a natural response to lying, dont know why they try and get away with it. Also, if you know the person well, their behavior will change.

They can't make eye contact, they start cracking up or smiling, they are twiddling their thumbs or moving their hips or feet in abnormal ways, their eyes are darting to and fro and they're talking faster or slower than usual and then when they're done with talking they walk away quickly. They also are known to scratch their backs or heads.

dont make eye contact, fidgety, or nervous acting... (like foot tapping, shifting from one foot to the other etc...)
usually when someone lies to you they look away such as looking down, turn their head, or look past you, like they are looking behind you instead of looking you in the eye.... some people can look you in the eye and lie to you, but notice that the facial expression is subtly different.. maybe they "turn white" around the outside of their mouth, or their face turns red, or they look you in the eye and tell the lie, then quickly look away

facial expresion ,mostly. rubing nose ,during a conversation corners of your eyes turn left as if : let me think! evading eye contact, your body secrets a specific odor that can be perceived by your subcostient

They can be mildly figity and they usually give more details than necessary as if scripted.

They often scratch the back of their head... this is very obvious and strange, so you'll notice.

countradicting story..the eyes shift to the left..behavor..action..showing sham..for someone to call you a liar..impression..theeth closed when talking..lots of ambition when talking..
