I'm sure you know what punanny means!!
It means a part of the female anatomy... And it can refer to a girl as well... ie I'm going to get me some punanny. (I want to score with a chick)
It's very commonly slang word here among young British Asian youths..
It originates from the Hindi word for the female sex organ..
And according to the Urban dictionary..It first spread into Jamaican vernacular...from Indian labourers in the Caribbean..

This word refers to the female genitals (vagina). It's often used on Caribbean islands mostly Jamaica.
