I met a guy about 2 weeks ago, he told me that he was 28, but he is really 31. I found out on my own that he is really 31. Should I continue to talk to this guy?

Maybe he felt like you wouldn't have given him a chance if he told his age. Maybe he feels like he is younger at heart and just wanted to show you that. But if you really like him, what should age matter, especially only 3 years.

A lie is a lie. Confront him about it. It's a matter of trust.

You should find out why he felt the need to lie.

No, that's creepy. That, and why would you want to be around someone who lied to you the first day you met him. That's not good.
