a score of 115 is over the top of the bell curve well enough to be considered very good.
If you do not know what a bell curve is please go to your councilor and ask them. they can draw it out for you and explain what it is and how you place on the curve.

I had a 135 at 15, 100 is slightly above average so I suppose it is good.
