Take some tylenol or something, you should avoid caffeine. Find a comfortable spot for quiet, take a couple minutes to do some deep breathing. I find this really helps with tension.

First of all, RELAX! Don't let yourself be overcome by more stress. Go lie down in a dark room with a cup of tea or hot water, and just drift a little. I also find the occaisonal pill works. But give yourself time to let all the bad vibes drift away for the moment. You might also try jumping in the shower, running the water as hot as you can stand it, and just standing there for half an hour or so and just suck in the steam. That works wonders for me.

A slice of ice cold cucumber on the bridge of the nose between the eyes. It draws all the tension out.

first of all... if it's really painful, you're sensitive to light and/or sound, it could be migraine.
i remember getting migraine when i was in college because i slept less and skipped meals. also the added stress made it worse. but what helped is when i lay down, rest and sleep. also i've had migraines a lot already and i could tell if they're coming or not... so when i feel it coming, i take 2 aleve tablets.

you're going to want for much longer then per week. it took me months and months to be taught. anything you do, do not drive your self! you're going to obviously pull a muscle or anything and be in plenty of affliction. take a look at stretching daily and doing a break up to the first-rate of your capacity. daily they are going to get higher and higher till ultimately they're excellent!!! well success!!

What works best for me is taking 800 milligrams of ibuprofen with some kind of caffeine (coffee works best). They go away almost immediately.
