You could eat what ever you want but you will not lose weight and there are other factors to worry about such as high cholestrol. So I quess you really can eat what ever you want but, you can afford to have more calories in your diet vs. a person who doesn't work out.
I still think even though you work out you should still try to make healthy choices.

HA! I wish! No, you still have to watch what you eat if you want to lose weight. If you just want to tone up - you should knock out the fatty things in your diet and stick to lean meats, veggies and fruit (not too much, though - fruit has a lot of sugar).
However, that being said, if you start exercising and continue eating the way you always have, you're bound to see some changes as opposed to not doing any exercise at all. Good luck!

You might lose some weight, but you won't feel good or be very healthy, and it'll be alot harder to lose weight. Don't think of eating in terms of "diet". When you eat, think of it this way : eat 5-6 times a day, small meals, lots of fruit and vegetables (as snacks or something!), lean meats like fish and turkey, and a minimum of relaly sugary refined foods without depriving yourself entirely. Also, drink tea, water, coffee, and 100% juice instead of soda, for goodness sakes! Feeling like a dork < being healthy and losing weight. People will think you're healthier which equals more attractive once they see what you bring. Pack fruit in your bag, and string cheese - stuff like that. :D

well if you want to maintain a healthy weight, then if you exercise vigorously every day, you wont have to worry too much about what you eat. however, if youre trying to lose weight, then you should watch what you eat and exercise in order to burn more calories than you consume. also, even skinny people who eat tons of crap can have health problems like high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes

it depends....i have a naturally high metabolism and i workout which boosts my metabolism even more....so my metabolism can support me eating cookies and stuff every day. of course i don't go overboard and eat a whole jar of cookies.
if you gain weight easily, i'd suggest keeping sweets and mcdonalds-type foods to a minimum.
overall, exercising does kind of allow you to eat more (within reason) since your metabolism will be in overdrive because of your exercising. short answer...don't pig out but yes you can typically eat more.

If you eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, I am sure you will be healthy and loose weight if you need to.
