like i said before my bf doesn't stay here anymore he is over two hundred miles away from me. he called me a while ago and told me that some girl his brother knew thought he was cute. i wasn't thrilled needless to say but we worked it out. now just because i found someone who likes me doesn't make me a slut. we haven't even kissed yet so how can my bf be mad at me for being honest?

If you said "We DIDN'T kiss" I would say your boyfriend is a nut.
But you said "We haven't even kissed YET" which does say that it is only a matter of time or at least that it is not out of the question. This other guy is more than just a friend, if you and your bf have the type of relationship where you are both okay with that that is one thing but if he is not okay with it then you have to choose one of the guys and let the other guy go.

Well, you said you were planning on going somewhere with another guy. That sounds quite suspiciously like a date, and if you are still in a relationship with your boyfriend, he has every right to be pissed. So he was told that someone thinks he's cute, he hasn't done anything and he can't control someone elses opinions.
You also don't help your case when you say, "we haven't even kissed yet" which shows that you were thinking or planning to kiss the guy who isn't your boyfriend.
