There's this guy like, and I talk to him lots and stuff... and he has made comments about him wanting hook up and to "get in my backseat" and all that, but how do I actually make it happen? Totally lay it on him myself? let him know I am interested in it, but keep him in charge? Or do I just wait until he makes the first move??? HELP!

its a good question i like alittle bit of both let the guy figure it out because if ur too aggressive he may not like u any more

sometimes aggressiveness is good depending on the situation it creates a challenge for the guy therefore increasing his attraction to the girl but sometimes it is nice to allow the guy carry out his plan on what or how he want the situation to run as long as it is not inconveniencing or uncomfortable to you

Its highly individual's reaction. See the guy and behave accordingly. any set rule might work for other guys but not for the one whom you like. so use your instinct.
