The quickest way isn't always the best way or the right way for you. Here are 3 different approaches that work:
1) The quickest by far is surgery, of course. Liposuction is fast and works wonders- but actual stomach reductions (stapling, bypass etc) have not only been proven effective for weightloss but also in reducing the chances you'll develop adult onset diabetes.
2) Next fastest is to eat a diet of 80% natural fats and 20% protein, in 5 small portions, with a target of 1000 calories a day. This is like eating a 2 oz bag of macadamia nuts, or 2 oz of egg salad or tuna salad as a complete meal, every meal. It works- and for any significant amount of weight it's better than starvation. More importantly the high fat content of the diet ensures that your body continues to produce the hormones you need to retain muscle tissue- so you lose fat pounds and not muscle pounds.
3) Probably the best long term solution to lose weight and improve your health is to follow a light excercise routine several times per week, and to eat a diet that is high in fiber and has a low glycemic index (that is- eat foods that are low in processed sugar and grains, preferring when you eat carbohydrates to try whole grains and natural sugars).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Try fasting! It is helping plenty... But in you are case, its very pleasant that you simply activity half-hour an afternoon. Try including quarter-hour on in your exercise each and every different day. Do now not exceed two hours. Also, the ONLY snacks you must consume are end result and vegetables. You haven't any prohibit to these :) DO NOT consume after 7:00 seeing that after 7 no person rather physical games lol so it becomes fats. And check out a fitness center? I love going to the fitness center. Everyone is simply so stimulated, you meet new men and women, and check out going with a friend :D I wish I helped!!!!

Weightlift, thrust , heavy weights, this may not help you lose weight but you will quickly lose inches. You will lose fat and gain muscle and weightlift long enough that you break a sweat.
