I was raised in southern christianity and left it at an early age because it did not make sense

No problem with the religion, just the hateful narrow minded people who claimed to speak for God.

After over 30 years as a seeker, I became a Bahai.

I was a raised in a Baptist home and was a practicing Christian for over thirty years.

I am an atheist because it is a fact that supernatural entities ("Gods") do not exist in fact.

And, if the bible was evenly remotely true, it was inspired by "Satan" and those who follow it will end up in the place they claim to be trying to avoid.

Fortunately for them, it's all nonsense, so it isn't anything to worry about.
