This will make your summer just peachy
1 can of bacardi peach concentrate(contains no alcohol and there are other brands but this is the best one)
1 pound of peach slices(preferably fresh but better to use frozen if the fresh aren't perfect and it doesn't hurt to use more than one variety of peach, white peaches are ideal)
2-3 cups of ice
a few large fresh strawberries
1 blender
Optional: add peach schnapps(as needed :)
Put the concentrate in the blender first and pulse until smooth then slowly add the peaches until smooth and finally add ice and blend until creamy smooth. Slice a strawberry into a fan shape or any other shape and garnish by putting it on the rim of the glass. I've tried other fruits with similar results:pineapple, strawberry, raspberry(use haggen dazz sorbet and chambord), etc. Just try to keep the ratio of concentrate to fresh fruit the same and things will turn out just fine. Nothing needs to be exact except you your own taste.

I like a SeaBreaze in the summer, Stoli vodka with grapefruit juie and a splash of Cranberry.
I also go wild sometimes and buy unsweetend fruit punch and cocunut rum, vodka and any other tropical rum I can find...I call it Jungle Juice.
Also try a mild sweet red wine, add a splash of fruit punch and thinly slice oranges, limes and lemons ~ its my own Sangria recipe.

Make Kool Aid and freeze into ice cubes. Serve with Sprite or Sierra Mist. Gives a hint of fruit flavor in the Sprite and fun colors.

Virgin pina coladas are always good.
But I will always go with a glass of ice tea.
But my husband prefers lemonade
