Yeah sure why not, but if you don't really know the person I don't recommend kissing them just yet, get to know them first.

In my humble opinion, BlitZ, the best way to kiss a girl is by preparing her for it. It's a rare girl who enjoys a surprise kiss. If she wants to be kissed, then giving her signals before you kiss will allow her to prepare herself... to be the best that she can be. If she wants to be kissed, then she'll want to be able to kiss you back with a kiss that you will remember.
Now, after you've been dating someone for some time, a surprise kiss is often welcome, thrilling and spontaneous. And therefore more acceptable and memorable.
How do you prepare her, did you say? Sit next to her (no, not on top of her), smile, talk to her (softly so she has to lean in a bit to hear you), smile some more, touch her hand, and smile some more.
Maybe even offer to hold her hand... you'll get a definite positive or negative response from hand holding. And if she won't hold your hand, she just told you that a kiss is not welcome, either.

Some girls wouldn't mind but others would be mad at u for days. if u think she would not mind go ahead do ur thing. It might be a risk but life is all about taking risks.

yeah - it shows strength, initiative, decision making ability, a go getter attitude and confidence - but you better have good breath. good luck - and even if it doesnt work, the smack you get will be worth the kiss ;-)

she but all girls will react dfferently. So she will probably either slap you or kiss you back or just sit there stunned or smiling.
