I made these last weekend - very easy and tasted great too:

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 hours, 15 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients

2-1/4 lbs. baby back pork ribs, or other pork ribs
1/4 cup barbecue seasoning
2 cups purchased barbecue sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to temperature 300°F. Rub ribs on all surfaces with barbecue seasoning. Place ribs in a shallow pan, cover with foil and bake 2 hours. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove ribs from oven and grill or broil 12-15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with barbecue sauce.

I like to make a spice rub with seasoning salt, chipotle chili powder, mesquite grill seasoning, cumin, regular grill seasoning and a pinch of cinnamon. Rub this into the meat really well and let that hang out in the fridge for a few hours or overnight then put in a big foil (or regular if you have it, but you can throw the foil one away which is a bonus come cleanup!) roasting pan, dump in a bottle of beer and a box of chicken broth, cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven- 300 deg for 4 hours or so, but don't let all the liquid evaporate. If it looks dry add some water, and turn the ribs every hour. Take them out, get your broiler (or grill) ready and brush the ribs with your favorite bbq sauce, or make your own by combining the remaining liquid from the pan with 1 cup of ketchup, worchestershire sauce and honey and boiling it down on the stovetop until thick. then just place the ribs under the broiler to get some carmelization, or put them on the grill for a few minutes. YUMMY!

OMG, My hubby LOVES when I cook this dish... he waits for it and eats every last drop. It is very easy to cook and the taste is soooooo worth the effort!

MAPLE ROASTED PORK SPARERIBS
ACTIVE TIME: 15 MIN
TOTAL TIME: 2 HRS 10 MIN
4 TO 6 SERVINGS
The sweet glaze on these ribs highlights Vermont's fabulous maple syrup.
ingredients
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Two 3-pound racks pork spareribs

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a saucepan, combine the maple syrup, tomato sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper; bring to a boil.

Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, set each rack of ribs on a large rimmed baking sheet, meaty side up, and season all over with salt and pepper. Roast the ribs for 30 minutes, shifting the pans from top to bottom halfway through cooking.

Brush the ribs with some of the sauce and roast for about 1 1/2 hours longer, brushing with the sauce every 15 minutes and shifting the pans occasionally. If the pan juices begin to burn, add a few tablespoons of water to the pans and scrape up any caramelized drippings; baste the ribs with the drippings. Remove from the oven.

Preheat the broiler and position a rack 8 inches from the heat source. Put both racks of ribs on 1 baking sheet, meaty side down, and brush with the sauce. Broil the ribs for 2 to 3 minutes, until glazed and lightly crusty. Turn the ribs, brush with any remaining sauce and broil for about 3 minutes, or until glazed and crusty; transfer to a work surface. Cut in between the bones, mound the ribs on a platter and serve.

MAKE AHEAD The ribs can be refrigerated for 2 days. Reheat in a 325° oven.

A full-bodied Viognier blends well with these succulent and slightly sweet pork ribs. Try the 2000 Bonny Doon from California or the 2001 Don Miguel Gascón Mendoza from Argentina.

To tenderize the ribs, boil them for about 1/2 hour.
While its boiling, make the sauce. The sauce I use is for 2 lb ribs
1 bottle of commercial BBQ sauce, like KC Masterpiece
2 cloves fresh Garlic, crushed
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp honey

Mix this in a bowl to create the sauce.
After boiling the ribs, put them on a baking dish to cool.
Generously brush the sauce on the ribs and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.

If you wish to grill, cook for 20-30 minutes, turning over frequently and basting frequently with fresh sauce.

If you wish to put in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover the ribs with more sauce, and cover with foil.
